Maternity Hospital Clothes
What clothes do you wear home from the hospital? Still your maternity stuff obviously?
Was there a style maternity pant that fit better than the others after giving birth?
This is my first, and while my thighs put on some weight, the bulk of it seems to be in my boobs and baby belly… So iam assuming its going to take a while to get back into my pre-pregnancy pants…
How long did it take you other first moms?
I’ve put on 42 lbs and am at 37 weeks.
I wore the under-the-belly pants the whole time. They were great. They just sat lower the bigger I got. Then after the baby came, they fit right across my saggy ex-baby belly. The gave a little support, but were not uncomfortable.
I didn’t gain weight anywhere but in my belly (I worked out until my 8th month) and I was comfortably back in my regular pants by the time I went back to work 8 weeks after giving birth.
I wore a pair of maternity sweat pants (those cute one that sit under the belly) and a regular t-shirt home from the hospital.
